What will you be doing for the holidays?
Thanksgiving and Christmas!
Where will you be, who will be with you.....?

We are so freshly separated.. doing to try to do as much together as possible, but not sure if my hubby will be willing to come to any family events. I am feeling pretty nervous about the holidays to be honest.

Thanksgiving will be spent in Savannah with a friend of mine..
My son is coming home on December 5th and returning to his base on January 3rd... he is doing Recruiters Assistance.. I am so thrilled... he will be here for Christmas and his 19th birthday!!!

Well, I spent yesterday in airports and on airplanes getting home, so that's one holiday out of the way. Nothing like scarfing down a hotdog on Thanksgiving so you can run to your gate in time to get delayed an hour! :rolleyes:
Haven't really thought about Christmas. I've never really been alone for Christmas and part of me wants to test those waters while the rest of me thinks it would make for a deeply lonely time. Guess I'll figure something out when it gets a little closer to that time.

Well thanksgiving was spent at home on the ranch.
Nothing major or exciting.
I invited the girls' dad over for dinner, but her couldn't make it.
Christmas will also be spent at home, we will probably invite one of moms friends over.
She is recently seperated and doesn't make much money, so we will more than likely invite her and her boys over for Christmas dinner.
Even though they will probably decline.
Would be really nice if they joined us, I enjoy her company and would love to meet her kids.

Wonder how people are doing with their pressie shopping!
Well I have all my main presents bought, would like to get some little ones to add to them, and then there will be just the food shopping!
And of course finish wrapping odd shaped presents!
